We are currently looking for a motivated SEO Specialist to join our Sydney team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality SEO solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time position suited to an individual who is passionate about search engine optimisation and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will support the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of SEO strategies designed to increase organic visibility and website performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO campaigns.
- Optimise website content, metadata and on-page SEO elements.
- Monitor website performance and identify technical SEO improvements.
- Assist with website audits and recommend optimisation strategies.
- Work closely with content creators and marketing team members to improve organic search performance.
- Track SEO performance using industry-standard analytics tools.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and communicate campaign progress.
- Stay informed of search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in SEO, digital marketing or a related role.
- Good understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO principles.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO reporting tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Full working rights in Australia or legal eligibility to work in Australia.
