We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse, multi-disciplinary projects for councils, local government, Transport and Main Roads, and private developers.

The role

As a Civil Designer, you will:

- Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D , including:
- Land development and subdivisions
- Road infrastructure
- Stormwater drainage, sewer, and water systems
- Interpret and apply design requirements across State and Local Government standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, landscaping)
- Engage with clients to understand project needs and contribute to successful outcomes

About you

You will bring:

- Proven experience as a Civil Designer across urban, land development, and subdivision projects
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering/design
- Strong proficiency in 12D software
- Working knowledge of local authority and state approval processes
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
