About the Role
We are looking for an experienced remedial Waterproofer to join our crews across Sydney. You will apply liquid and sheet membrane systems, prep substrates, install bond breakers and detailing, and carry out flood testing on balconies, bathrooms, planter boxes and roof areas as part of full remedial rectification works.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface preparation, priming and substrate repair prior to membrane application
- Application of liquid-applied and sheet membrane waterproofing systems to manufacturer specification
- Detailing to penetrations, upstands, drains and movement joints
- Flood testing and assisting with third-party membrane verification and hold points
- Working to ITPs,
method statements and WHS requirements on site
Skills and Experience
- Proven remedial or construction waterproofing experience
- Familiar with common membrane systems (liquid and sheet)
- White Card (mandatory); waterproofing accreditation and rope access an advantage
- Reliable, quality-focused and able to work as part of a crew

- Hourly rate $38-$52/hr depending on experience, or salaried from $73,112 + super for the right person
