We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding cleaning services.
As the Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple cleaning sites, ensuring high service standards, managing staff, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also demonstrate hands on cleaning shifts. This is not purely a management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of multiple cleaning contracts and sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Develop staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling.
- Recruit, onboard and train new employees.
- Manage stock, equipment and cleaning supplies.
- You will seek and secure new clients and business opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience managing cleaning operations, both residential and commecial.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Current driver's licence.
