We are looking for a Passionate and Knowledgeable Automotive Spare Parts Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our team!
As an Automotive Parts Interpreter you are the first point of contact with our customers in person and over the phone consulting and assisting them with product information and queries.
Job Type: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Stock management (Including Stocktaking)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and practicable work setting, adhering to OH&S; requirements
- Basic maintenance and general housekeeping
- Pick, Pack & Dispatch customer orders
- Delivery of goods
- Other tasks as directed from time to time

- Strong automotive general knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Can prioritize any given workload
Full Systems training will be provided.
The applicant will come with a robust automotive parts knowledge base (previous interpreting experience will be highly regarded) in the automotive or equivalent industry.
Physical Demands:
The nature of Automotive warehousing means extended periods on your feet with some lifting involved.
