What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality, creative meals from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen to ensure food safety and hygiene standards
- Liaising with management in menu planning and development
- Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer requests
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef, Minimum 1 years
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
- Min Qualification Certificate iv Commercial Cookery
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
