The Role
This is a full-time position suited to a confident and capable barista who can perform under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee consistently
- Managing a high volume of coffee orders during peak periods
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
About You
- Proven experience as a barista is essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Reliable and punctual
