About the Role
As a Smeg Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Promote the Smeg brand in major retail environments
- Conduct engaging coffee machine demonstrations
- Educate customers on Smeg coffee machines and housewares
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Build positive working relationships with retail store teams
- Drive customer engagement and brand awareness
Weekend Saturday or Sunday availability is essential.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for coffee and premium appliances
- Previous retail or customer service experience (highly regarded)
- Immaculate grooming and skilled presentation
- Confidence speaking to customers and demonstrating products
- A reliable smartphone
- An active ABN
