Client Experience & Newborn Photographer

MM PHOTOS is a boutique photography studio established in 1993. We specialise in capturing beautiful newborn portraits, as well as family outdoor shoots and our much-loved PawTrait sessions for pets.

About the Role

This position combines client communication and service with newborn photography. You’ll be the first friendly voice many clients hear, guiding them through their journey while also creating timeless portraits they’ll cherish forever.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Communication & Phone Calls – The heart of the role. You’ll connect warmly with clients, book sessions, and prepare families for their shoot.
- Customer Service – Ensuring every client feels cared for, respected, and excited to work with us.
- Newborn & Portrait Photography – Photographing newborns, families, and pets with creativity and sensitivity. Experience is required, and we’ll provide training in our signature style.
- Calendar & CRM Management – Keeping our schedule organised and accurate (training provided).
- Studio Support – Helping with day-to-day studio operations.




- Adaptability – Being flexible and staying positive when plans change (as newborns often do!) and assisting the team to adjust quickly.
- Events & Expos – Representing MM Photos at client-facing events (approx. 6 per year, usually weekends).

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Photography experience, ideally with newborns (training provided).
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
