Carefinity is looking for compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to join our growing team in Port Macquarie, NSW.

About the Role

Location: Port Macquarie, NSW
Setting: Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Hours: Vary depending on the weekly roster

Available Shifts

- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sleepover Shift)

Duties Include

- Providing person-centred support in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Manual handling and mobility support
- Medication assistance and administration
- Supporting community access and participant goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the care team

Requirements





✅ Relevant Qualification in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Experience working in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment
✅ Experience with manual handling
✅ Experience with medication administration
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), if applicable
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred)
✅ Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $37.18 – $105.00 per hour
