About the role

As our Broker Lead, you'll lead a high performing Sales team at the centre of Origin's Broker channel, driving customer growth, retention and commercial performance across a significant portfolio. Working closely with Brokers, consultants and internal stakeholders, you'll influence strategy, develop future leaders and play a key role in delivering outcomes for both customers and the business.

- Lead and develop a team of 5-7 high performing Account Managers within Origin's Energy Markets business.

- Drive Sales growth, retention and service excellence across a key sales channel.

- Build strong relationships with Brokers, consultants and industry stakeholders.

- Influence commercial outcomes across a large and strategically important portfolio.

- Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver customer outcomes.

- Play a key role in shaping the future success and growth of Origin's Broker channel.

What will you bring?

- Leadership experience within sales, account management or customer facing environments.

- Current experience in the energy industry.



Commercial and Industrial experience advantageous.

- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.

- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business performance.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to make sound decisions.

- Experience supporting tender responses will be highly regarded.
