The short version

We're a boutique agency building digital ecosystems for founder-led brands - hospitality, health, construction, property and more. We need a content strategist who can think in strategy and execute on set. Someone early enough in their career to be hungry, sharp enough to run accounts like they own them, and looking for the role that becomes their portfolio.

What your weeks look like

No two are the same. Some weeks are back-to-back shoots across Melbourne - directing talent, styling sets, batching content. Others are strategy weeks: planning calendars, shaping brand voice, reporting on what performed and why.

You'll own:

- Brand voice and direction - how each client shows up on Instagram, TikTok and beyond. Every post has a job: awareness, acquisition or loyalty.
- The content engine - calendars, shoot lists, campaign rollouts. Built by you, run by you.
- Client relationships - you're in the meetings, translating founder vision into content that converts.
- Shoot days - plan them, direct them, make them run smoothly.
- The finish line - deadlines hit, quality high, clients feeling seen.

You'll work directly with the founders, who stay close to the work - final sign-off sits with us, but the thinking is yours. You'll never be a cog.

Who this suits

- You've managed social accounts or built content strategy before - agency-side or in-house - and have the work to prove it
- You understand short-form content and what makes a brand presence actually convert, not just look good
- Nothing you post is random - there's a reason behind every reel, caption and calendar slot
- You forecast problems before they land and pitch ideas before you're asked




- You write well, speak well, and can hold a client room
- Degree in marketing or comms? Nice. Portfolio that slaps? Better. We hire on execution.

Who this doesn't suit

Someone wanting a settled senior role with a fixed routine. Retainer work means shoot-heavy weeks and quieter admin weeks - you need to ride that rhythm, not fight it.

- Pay: $30-40/hr depending on experience
- Hours: 10-25/week now, with a genuine path to full-time as the roster grows
- Location: Hybrid - WFH, on set, or with the team in Melbourne
- Reports to: Founders (direct line, no layers)
