AHLG are seeking a Landscape Estimator who will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by accurately assessing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and collaborating with our management and design team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. While landscaping experience and knowledge is desired, it is not essential.

What you'll be doing:

- Project analysis
- Cost estimation
- Material and labor assessment
- Bid preparation
- Documentation and record keeping
- Getting involved in a-grade banter
- Cooking an elite barbie with the team at the end-of-month BBQ’s

What we're after:

- Experience as a Landscape Estimator or similar role in the construction industry




- Knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and practices
- Confidence in using estimating software such as Buildxact and Nearmap
- Experience in using G-Suite software such as Gmail, Docs and Sheets
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent time management skills and able to work within and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
