Hecho En Mexico Adelaide is looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a FOH Team Leader / Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading a team, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant. We are looking for a person who can support our team, maintain high service standards, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional or a senior team member looking to take the next step into leadership.

About the Role:

As a FOH Team Leader / Supervisor you will play an important role in supporting daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring our guests receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the FOH team during service




- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Ensure venue cleanliness, presentation, and compliance standards are maintained
- Take ownership of challenges and help improve daily operations

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work
✅ Confident leading a team and working independently
✅ Positive, qualified, and customer-focused
✅ Able to handle busy service periods and solve problems effectively

Requirements:

- Previous hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong Front of House experience essential
- Previous bar experience required
- Willing to Obtain Responsible Person (RP)
- Availability for regular Weekday and Weekend Shift

Pay:

$28–$32 per hour + applicable penalties depending on experience
