What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities

- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect

- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments

- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs

- Collaborating on individualised care plans

What You’ll Bring:

- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification

- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate

- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check





- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset

- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
