- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients and their families/representatives.
- Process referrals from various sources (e.g., My Aged Care, NDIS Service Provider Portal).
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all intake information
- Screen and assess potential clients to determine eligibility for NDIS support.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the NDIS and its eligibility criteria.
