Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our busy Cosmetic and Skin Clinic & Day Spa is seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and welcoming clients with a positive, professional attitude

- Answering phones and managing appointment scheduling

- Assisting clients with information about services and products

- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner

- General administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing client records

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Always ensuring client privacy and confidentiality

Key Requirements:

- Must be available to work Saturdays

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanour





- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

- Professional appearance and punctuality

- Trustworthy and reliable with the ability to respect client privacy

- Previous experience in a similar role in a clinic, spa, or hospitality setting is an advantage
