About Role:

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Theatre Orderly to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you'll be at the heart of our operating theatre operations, supporting both our clinical team and patients during critical moments. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative setting where every task contributes to exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you!

About You:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting and supporting patients in the Operating Theatres.
- Preparing and maintaining the theatre setting in line with scheduled operating lists.
- Caring for and maintaining theatre equipment.
- Assisting theatre staff as required to ensure efficient workflow.

This hands-on role is central to the surgical process, and your ability to work effectively, efficiently, and with attention to detail will directly contribute to the quality of patient care.

You are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and takes pride in delivering high standards of patient care. You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

No experience required – full on-the-job training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to start a rewarding new role!

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and participation in the on-call roster.
