About Reset Haven

Reset Haven is a new premium wellness spa opening soon in Scarborough, Perth.

Our space brings together sauna, cold plunge, private onsen experiences, massage and restorative treatments in a calm coastal environment focused on relaxation, recovery and exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a founding Operations Manager / Spa Manager to help launch, lead and grow the business from day one.

This isn’t a business where you’ll inherit old systems—you’ll help design them and shape how Reset Haven operates for years to come

About the role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Reset Haven and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading, training and supporting the team
- Managing staff rosters and daily operations
- Creating and improving systems and processes
- Maintaining premium service standards
- Managing the guest experience from arrival to departure
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting memberships and customer relationships
- Managing suppliers, stock and operational needs
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and brand standards
- Helping identify opportunities to improve and grow the business

You will be trusted to take ownership of the space and ensure Reset Haven runs smoothly.

You’ll work directly with a supportive ownership team who values ideas, invests in quality and gives you the autonomy to improve the business.

About you
