An ICT & Software Manager will solely be responsible for overall project development of Whizpro Software and work closely with teams that are based overseas. Whizpro is a software portal designed and implemented by My Abilities WA.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overall management of software including meetings with teams, implementation of upcoming updates, security, user friendly interface, graphics etc.

· Coordinate with development team to make sure software applications meet business and user requirements.

· Oversee testing, deployment, and system integration processes.

· Establish and enforce ICT security policies and procedures.

Monitor, review, and evaluate software upgrades, security and other features.

· Plan,



execute, and monitor ICT and software projects.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

· Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.

· Manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and procurement activities.

· Evaluate and select technology vendors and software providers.

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

· Maintain software licensing and compliance records.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per hour
