Ready Set Stay is a growing short-term holiday management company seeking an experienced Area Housekeeper (Independent Contractor) to provide property inspection and support services across our holiday homes on Phillip Island.
This is an ongoing contractor prospect suited to someone who enjoys flexible work, takes pride in presenting holiday homes to a high standard, and operates their own business.
About the role
Services include:
- Inspecting holiday homes following guest departures
- Reporting guest damage or maintenance issues
- Checking cleaning quality and liaising with cleaning teams
- Restocking consumables where required
- Preparing properties for arriving guests
- Coordinating minor property tasks (e.g. gas bottle swaps, bins and errands)
- Completing inspection reports using our inspection app
About you
You will:
- Hold a current ABN
- Supply your own vehicle, phone and laptop
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be highly organised and self-motivated
- Have strong communication skills
- Be comfortable using basic computer systems
- Manage your own schedule to complete accepted work within required timeframes
- Be reliable and professional
