We are now looking for a Risk & Finance Graduate to join our two-year rotational program based in Laverton North . This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation across both Risk, Assurance & Compliance (RAC) and Group Finance , while gaining exposure to senior leaders, global operations, and critical business initiatives.

How You'll Help Us Grow





Throughout the program, you will complete two 12-month rotations, gaining valuable experience across both functions.
Risk, Assurance & Compliance

Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews

Partner with business stakeholders to embed contemporary risk frameworks

Prepare reporting and insights for senior leadership committees and the Board

Assist with risk identification, assurance activities, and insurance-related matters

Contribute to strengthening governance and compliance practices across the business

Group Finance

Assist in the preparation of Group financial statements and audit activities

Support month-end close processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting

Provide technical accounting support to regional finance teams

Assist with global lease accounting under IFRS 16

Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, capital investment projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

Could This Be You?

You are a curious, analytical, and motivated graduate looking to build a career in finance, risk, assurance,



or compliance. You enjoy solving problems, working with data, and partnering with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

To be successful, you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Eligibility to pursue CA or CPA qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
