Australian Smart College is seeking motivated and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver NSW White Card (CPCCWHS2001 – Apply WHS Requirements, Policies and Procedures in the Construction Industry) training through both online and face-to-face delivery.

Location

- Applicants must be based in New South Wales (NSW).
- Training will be delivered across Bankstown.

Position Details

- Regular online and classroom-based training delivery.
- Approximately 2–3 days of classes per week.
- Availability to deliver Saturday and/or Sunday classes is essential.
- 1 positions available.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality training and assessment in accordance with the relevant Training Package, industry requirements, and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
- Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with the VET Quality Framework.
- Identify and support students' learning needs in collaboration with the College's academic support team.
- Prepare training materials and complete all associated administrative duties, including attendance records, assessment documentation, and reporting requirements.




- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with Australian Smart College's policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Current White Card and/or Statement of Attainment for CPCCWHS2001 – Apply WHS Requirements, Policies and Procedures in the Construction Industry (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated competency in delivering CPCCWHS2001 (formerly CPCCOHS1001A/CPCCOHS2001A, where applicable).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience delivering White Card training in NSW.
- TAE40122, TAE40116, or an equivalent/higher training and assessment qualification.
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer and IT skills to confidently deliver online training.
