About the Role

As the Grants Finance Analyst,



you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely financial administration of grant funding across the organisation. Working closely with program teams, Finance, and funding bodies, you will manage grant budgets, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, financial reporting, acquittals, and reconciliations to support strong financial governance and funding compliance.

You will proactively monitor grant performance, cashflow, milestones, and funding risks, providing timely financial insights and advice that support informed decision-making and funding continuity. Your work will help ensure grant-funded programs are financially sustainable, compliant, and positioned to deliver positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

This role will operate under a hub-and-spoke working model, with flexible working arrangements available, including work from home days and travel as required.

About You

You are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering accurate financial information that supports meaningful community outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, interpreting funding requirements, and providing practical financial advice that helps programs succeed.

What You Bring

- Demonstrated experience in grant administration, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting




- Robust financial acumen with the ability to prepare accurate budgets, reconciliations, acquittals, and financial reports
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to interpret funding agreements and ensure compliance with grant requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and provide clear financial advice
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- The ability to travel throughout Queensland as required, and hold a current unrestricted driver's licence
- Hold, or be able to obtain prior to commencement, a valid Blue Card and National Police Check
