We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mid-Senior Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining both the client-side and server-side of our health tech platform.

You will not just be writing code; you will be taking ownership of features from conception to deployment. Because our system has various disparate components, we need a developer who can work independently, take initiative, and see complex tasks through to the finish line without needing constant micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across our entire stack (VueJS, NodeJS, DynamoDB, AWS).
- End-to-End Ownership: Take initiative to lead development on distinct, disparate modules of the platform, managing your time and technical decisions to see projects through to completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with the Product Owner to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide realistic timelines.
- Team Communication: Actively participate in code reviews, share knowledge with other developers, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Cloud Architecture & Data Management: Leverage AWS services to build scalable infrastructure and utilize DynamoDB for efficient NoSQL data storage and retrieval.
- Quality & Security:



Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security—keeping in mind the strict data compliance standards required in the healthcare industry.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 4+ years of qualified software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in Vue.js (including its core principles, ecosystem, and component-based architecture).
- Backend: Extensive experience building robust APIs and services using Node.js.
- Database: Proven experience designing and querying NoSQL databases, specifically Amazon DynamoDB.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications within AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, IAM).
- Soft Skills: * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (like Product Owners).
- A high degree of initiative and a self-starter mentality.
- Proven ability to work autonomously on isolated parts of a system and successfully integrate them.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

- Healthcare Tech: Prior experience with healthcare integrations, EHR/EMR systems, or working within HIPAA/health data compliance frameworks.
- FinTech / Payments: Experience building or integrating payment gateways and processing systems (e.g., Stripe, Braintree) in secure environments.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
