As a member of our team, you will be versatile and responsible for a variety of tasks; operating mobile equipment for road surfacing works, general hand labouring tasks and other duties as required.

Your day will involve:

- Put safety first, always – looking out for yourself, your crew and the community
- Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to safely deliver a quality product
- Safely and efficiently operate mobile equipment
- Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
- Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S; policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

- Experience in spray seal road surfacing is desirable, but not essential – we’ll provide training for the right person
- Strong commitment to safety and the environment, with a superior customer focus
- General Construction Induction Card
- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence required as a minimum; HC (Heavy Combination) is highly regarded
- Proven ability to work well within a team, with a strong sense of accountability and respect for the people you work with
- Available to work flexible rosters that cover Monday to Sunday, as well as days and nights as required




- Willingness to travel and live away from home frequently to support our regional projects
