Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent chance for someone looking to build their career in commercial construction, working alongside experienced Project Managers and Contracts Administrators on a diverse range of projects while developing your technical and commercial skills.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with project cost management and procurement processes
- Coordinating and maintaining project documentation
- Supporting the preparation, negotiation and administration of subcontract packages
- Assisting with contract progress claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Supporting project financial tracking and forecasting
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Providing day-to-day project administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Contracts Administrator or similar within commercial construction
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
