JV Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in luxury Class 2 apartment construction for a well-established, high-end construction group delivering premium residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.

We are looking for Site Managers who have proven experience delivering high-end, architecturally designed apartment developments, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and premium finishes. About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations across high-spec apartment projects, ensuring safety, programme, quality, and cost objectives are achieved. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with premium construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage on-site construction activities from structure through to completion and handover
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain programme timelines
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards expected in luxury residential builds
- Maintain site safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture
- Interpret construction drawings and manage RFIs, variations, and site documentation
- Drive coordination between consultants, suppliers, and project teams




- Proactively resolve site issues to avoid delays and cost impacts

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment or multi-residential projects
- Strong background delivering luxury or high-end residential construction
- Experience across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and/or North Shore highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, services coordination, and finishes
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme discipline
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality and delivery standards

Salary $180,000 – $220,000 + Super
