We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Operations Supervisor to join our NSW team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can confidently manage multiple projects from initial site set out through to final handover while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day site operations across several projects simultaneously

· Manage projects from site establishment and set out through to practical completion and handover

· Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors

· Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks

· Ensure works are completed on schedule and to specification

· Read and interpret plans, drawings, and construction documentation

· Conduct site set outs and maintain accurate levels and measurements

· Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a safe work environment

· Liaise with project managers,



clients, certifiers, and consultants

· Monitor quality control and resolve onsite issues efficiently

· Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress updates

Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as a Site Operations Supervisor role within construction, roofing, or height safety

· Strong understanding of WHS regulations and working at heights requirements

· Ability to run multiple projects independently

· Experience with site set out using construction plans and measuring equipment

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

· White Card, Working Safely at Heights and valid driver’s licence essential

· Trade qualification in carpentry or construction highly regarded
