About the Role

As a Speech Therapist at Hope Physio, you will provide evidence‑based assessment and intervention for clients across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. You will work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, support coordinators, and families to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Position: Full Time Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience Work Environment: Clinic‑based and community‑based service delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualised treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Provide services in both clinic and community environments




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in professional development and service improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration
- Valid driver licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence‑based practice and client‑centred care
