Job Description

We are currently seeking for motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistants to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Pharmacy, Rockhampton, on a permanent part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
- Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
- Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work setting
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate II in community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualification (or a willingness to obtain)
- Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment




- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
