About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to provide community access support to a participant based in Mudgeeraba, QLD.

The successful candidate will assist the participant to safely access and participate in the community while promoting independence, confidence, choice, and meaningful engagement in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide community access and participation support
- Assist the participant to attend activities, appointments, and community locations
- Encourage independence and confidence in the community
- Support meaningful social and recreational activities
- Build a positive and respectful qualified relationship with the participant
- Provide reliable, person-centred support
- Promote participant choice, dignity, and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable, patient, compassionate, and respectful approach
- Previous disability support experience is highly regarded
