The Central Bar & Kitchen is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Casual Cook or Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in producing quality food and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.

About the Role

We are seeking someone who can assist with:

- Basic food preparation and cooking.
- Preparing meals to a high standard.
- Kitchen cleaning and maintaining food safety standards.
- General kitchen duties.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
- Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.




- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
