RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all patrons enjoy a positive and memorable experience.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, skilled, and efficient manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including correct cash handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all areas of the venue.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.




- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift.
- Communicate effectively with patrons, peers, and management.
- Uphold service and procedural standards within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Be available to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate essential.
