About the role

360 Personnel is seeking a General Labourer with a Forklift ticket to join our team on a casual Full time hours. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking long term position Based in Pinkenba and also Carole Park QLD this role offers the chance to work as a general Labourer with a fork ticket. As a casual position, you will have flexibility in your working arrangements whilst contributing to our diverse range of operations.

$36 - $40 hourly

Mon - Fri

AM - 5am - 1pm

PM - 1pm - 9pm

Key responsibilities

Industrial galvanising role involving approximately 90% physical labouring and 10% forklift operation. Duties include handling and moving steel products, preparing materials for galvanising, loading and unloading, strapping loads, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Candidates must be physically fit, reliable, comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment, and hold a current forklift licence.

- Perform general manual labour duties across site
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work areas to ensure safe and organised environments
- Load, unload and transport materials and equipment as required




- Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors with task completion and site requirements
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping on work sites
- Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Respond promptly to work requests and adapt to changing project requirements

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
- A solid commitment to health and safety practices and compliance
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Reliability and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous labouring experience with steel or metal is advantageous but not essential
- A current driver's licence with reliable transport
- Relevant certifications such as White Card (Construction) or other site safety induction cards would strengthen your application.
