We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our store operations and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, motivate and supervise store team members.
- Recruit, train and develop employees.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and minimize stock loss.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and the store is clean and well presented.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate business records.
Skills & Experience
- AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Business,
Retail Management or a related field or at least one year of full-time experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing staff in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and staff rostering.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
