Our client is a well-established commercial construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex remediation, facade rectification and structural upgrade projects across NSW. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple remediation and facade projects throughout Western Sydney.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of remediation and facade projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of commercial remediation and facade rectification projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to achieve programme milestones.
- Maintain the highest standards of WHS, quality assurance and site compliance.
- Monitor construction programmes and proactively resolve site issues to minimise delays.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions and regular safety inspections.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, engineers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.




- Oversee defect management, quality inspections and project handovers.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and progress reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial remediation and facade projects.
- Strong knowledge of facade replacement, concrete remediation, waterproofing, structural repairs and remedial construction methodologies.
- Experience managing projects within occupied or live environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Sound understanding of construction programmes, QA processes and WHS legislation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current White Card, First Aid Certificate and relevant site management qualifications.
