What's the role?

- Lead three of our flagship company-owned Sydney stores — Watsons Bay, Circular Quay and Manly
- A genuinely hands-on role: you'll be in the business, not behind a desk
- Manage and develop the Store Managers running each site — you're the leader of leaders
- Own trading performance, brand standards and the customer experience across the portfolio
- Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations
- Clear pathway to progress into an Area Manager role for the right person
- Backfilling an internal promotion — a sign of where this role can take you





We're looking for someone with proven multi-site retail or hospitality management experience, strong people leadership (including managing other managers), commercial acumen, and the energy to lead from the front.
