About the role

The Skylight Warehouse is looking for a part-time content creator to capture and edit video content that shows off our work - the transformations, the team, and the day-to-day behind a growing local business.

This isn't a polished-studio, professional-camera gig. It's real, authentic, UGC-style content shot on an iPhone - the kind of content that actually performs on social.

You'll be out on site a lot: filming customer testimonials, capturing before-and-after transformations at real jobs, and grabbing behind-the-scenes footage in our warehouse.

You won't need to appear on camera. We just need someone with a positive eye who can shoot great raw content and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping edits.

What you'll be doing

- Filming on-site content on an iPhone - before-and-afters, install footage, and testimonials
- Capturing warehouse and behind-the-scenes footage
- Editing raw clips into polished, social-ready videos (mainly vertical — Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Adding captions, music/trending audio, and simple on-brand graphics and text




- Delivering finished content ready to post

What we're looking for

- Some experience shooting and editing video - you don't need a formal portfolio, but you should be able to talk us through the kind of content you can make
- A good eye for framing, lighting and storytelling, even on a phone
- Confident editing on CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere (or similar)
- An understanding of what makes short-form social content work
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently out on site
- A current driver's licence

- Part-time, around 3 days a week — a good fit if you're after flexible, ongoing work
- Hourly rate: $50/hr
- Travel sorted: a lot of the role is spent on site, so fuel is covered / a work car is provided on filming days
- Based in and around the Sutherland Shire, NSW
