About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section while supporting the wider kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food and service.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage your section during busy service periods.

- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards.

- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across every service.

- Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are always met.

- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.

- Support and mentor Commis and Demi Chefs.





- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About You

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hospitality venue.

- Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and quality cooking.

- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.

- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
