About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and highly organised Full time Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our busy, modern dental practice. This is a dual-role position requiring seamless coordination between chairside clinical assistance and front-desk patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chairside Assisting: Assisting dentists during a range of general and specialized procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring strict infection control and sterilisation protocols.
- Reception Duties: Greeting patients, managing multi-line phone enquiries, scheduling appointments,



processing billing/HICAPS, and managing patient accounts.

Selection Criteria & Requirements:

- Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 1 year
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded/preferred).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dental4Windows, Exact, etc.).
