We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service‑focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. You will deliver professional service across our restaurant, bar, conferences, events, and in‑room dining while creating positive guest experiences.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

- Providing warm and attentive guest service
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Assisting with restaurant and event setup and pack down
- Clearing and resetting tables during service
- Supporting functions, conferences and banquets
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Following food safety,



RSA and WHS procedures

About You

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced team environment
- Valuable communication and reliability
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- RSA (or willing to obtain)
