Your new role

We are searching for a Business Development Support person to join the Ausbil team. The role will primarily focused on supporting the Business Development Managers through outbound calls to financial planners, pipeline support and high-level support for event follow up.

While limited in scope, the person will also help support financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries.

- Business Development Support – Conducting outbound calls to financial planners and pipeline support, high level support for events. Rebate facilitation and support.
- Systems and Reporting – Administration and maintenance of Salesforce. Preparation of monthly reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to adviser and client enquiries, help resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products.
- Process customer requests: Efficiently manage and process customer requests by being the contact between us and our unit registry provider.
- Be a team player: Assist other teams with ad hoc tasks,



exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance.

About you

You will ideally have either at least 1-2 years of financial services industry experience and/or hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification.

- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
- An interest in funds management and financial markets
- At least 1-2 years of investment funds or super experience (preferred) or relevant degree qualified.
