Vitium Cura Pty Ltd is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in Dundurrabin, NSW.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual goals and needs. Responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with daily living activities
- Community access and social participation
- Encouraging independence and capacity building
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation
- Following individual support plans and organisational policies

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach

Desirable

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification
- Previous experience supporting people with disability
- Understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practices
