Penelope Bistro is looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. If you're someone who takes pride in producing exceptional food, thrives in a fast-paced service, and wants to work with a professional team that values quality and development, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Running your own section during busy lunch and dinner services.
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency.
- Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage.
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis ready to step up.




- Strong knowledge of contemporary Australian or European cuisine.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and attention to detail.
- Full Australian working rights.
