We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our BP Summer Hill team, as a Retail Manager (Full time).

The following are required for this role:

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Petrol and Convenience retail and customer service experience.
- MUST be available to work 5.5 days/week (Monday - Saturday) between 8am-4pm depending on daily office hours.
- Access to car/ transport.
- Able to lift a minimum of 15kg, for stock replenishment and deliveries.

Successful Applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

- Outstanding sense of customer service and understanding customer needs.
- Knowledge of petrol and convenience retail, with a willingness to further your learning
- Demonstrated experience working in retail management
- Excellent organisational skills, punctuality and sense of responsibility




- Experience with stock handling
- Ability to take direction as well as, work autonomously and as part of a team
- Availability of 38-40 hours/ week (Monday-Saturday)

In return for your commitment, you will be provided with an above-award remuneration, as well as working in a supportive, air-conditioned work environment with a cafe facility on premises.

Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
