● Preparing drinks preparation (Matcha, teas, cream tops, coffees and syrups)

● Bake egg tarts

● Checking the cleanliness of equipment and the operation of the semi-open kitchen

before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety

standards.

● Inspecting the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients accurately to maintain

product consistency.

● Operating a variety of kitchen machinery

● Managing ingredient inventory and maintaining kitchen logs for food safety and quality control.

Role Requirements

● 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a commercial cookery or dessert production

setting.

● Must hold or be eligible for valid working rights in Australia.

● Approx. 15 hours/week Monday and Tuesday 11am - 7pm

Pay: $27.08 per hour
