What You'll Learn & Do:
As a Team Member, you'll be trained in a variety of roles, including:
- Preparing fresh ingredients before opening, including cutting vegetables, making tzatziki, preparing Greek salads, and setting up the shop for the day.
- Providing excellent customer service by taking orders and operating the cash register (POS system).
- Working on the pass, assembling and preparing menu items such as souvlakis, open plates, snack packs, and other meals.
- Operating the fryer and hot plate, including cooking pitas, chips, calamari, and other fried items while maintaining food quality and safety.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout your shift.
- Assisting with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures to prepare the store for the next trading day.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Friendly and reliable with strong customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential—full training is provided.
