By day, our venue is the well-loved Boot Factory Café; by night, Harper & Sole transforms into a warm, up-to-date dining space offering contemporary Australian cuisine with global influences. Our focus is on quality, atmosphere, and a guest experience that keeps people coming back.
We are looking for the following FOH personnel across The Boot Factory dayshift.
Hours can generally be from 6.30am-3.30pm, opening shift.
Specific training will be provided.
Dayshift Mon-Friday; 2-4 shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Previous FOH waiting experience in a restaurant or café = waiters
- Strong service and communication skills
- 3 plate carry
- Organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
- Flexible across weekday/weekend
- Current RSA certification
- Coffee skills advantageous
