Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure across infrastructure, platform, networking, identity, security, and governance services.
- Proven experience delivering Azure cloud transformation and migration programs, preferably in onsite or consulting environments.
- Experience designing and implementing Digital Workspace / Microsoft 365 solutions for collaboration, endpoint management, identity, and workplace modernization.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- - Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, App Services, Networking, Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Desktop, Backup, Site Recovery, Monitor)
- Identity and security services including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft 365 / Digital Workspace services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security
- Infrastructure as Code, automation, and DevOps practices using ARM / Bicep / Terraform, PowerShell,



and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of hybrid identity, migration strategies, Zero Trust security, compliance, business continuity, and cost governance.

Professional Skills

- Robust client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional onsite teams.

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as:
- - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (requires [AZ-305]() and [Azure Administrator Assoc iate]())
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate ([MD-102]())
- Additional certifications in security or identity are advantageous (for example, Microsoft Entra or Microsoft security certifications).
